Refund policy

We're a small business trying to make a decent living for our families in this concrete jungle! Our first goal is to make sure you love the product you receive, so we'll try our best not just to meet, but exceed your expectations. Please do support us by viewing the description of all products before you buy so that the chances of returns are minimized. For every return, we have to pay the courier company to collect the item back from you, so it would be really awesome if you read the full description of the item you're buying or contact us in case you have any questions.If things don't work out, we will only accept returns if the product is received damaged or defective. Returns for any other reason will not be accepted. We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be submit a return, please follow the rules for all returns:

• You must place a return within 5 days from receipt of your product
• Ensure the product is not used and stays in its original packaging
• Your order value will be returned to your account within 10 business days after we get it from you

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns if:

• The item was received damaged;
• The item was received defective; or
• We shipped the wrong item.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind;
• Ordering the wrong product;
• Ordering the wrong size, color, or variant;
• Not liking the product;
• No longer needing the product; or
• Any reason other than damage, defect, or shipping error.

Any approved return request must be submitted within 5 days of receiving the product.

How to submit a return request?
To start a return, you can contact us at support@dubkart.ae and mention the following information:

1. Order ID - This can be obtained from the email confirmation we sent to you when the order was placed
2. Reason for return
3. Any other important information we would need to ensure a hassle-free return

 Upon receipt one of our customer service representatives will get in touch with you and provide you with an update within 24 hours.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In case of cash on delivery order returns, our team will be in touch to ensure you are refunded in a timely manner.
