What are my shipping & delivery options?
If you order before 12pm (except Sunday), your order will be shipped out on the same day. In that case, delivery to the Emirates of Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman would most likely be done on the same day. For all other Emirates, you should receive your product the next day.
If you order after 12pm, your order will be received at your doorstep the next day.
Free shipping terms
We offer free shipping on orders over AED 100.
Delivery dates
We strive to fulfil orders within 2 business days. In most cases for the Emirates of Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, you should receive your order the very same day.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently we do not offer international shipping.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
